I have a 220 and while it’s an accurate slug gun, it is not rifle accurate and good slugs are Expensive!!!!! Winchesters .450 Bushmaster ammunition is a great choice for deer hunting. Here is a nice 12 Gauge shell with ⅞ oz of shot and a 1,200 fps muzzle velocity. The Power Factor, which is not a measure used by DNR for hunting purposes, but does correlate pretty closely to felt recoil, has the .450 Bushmaster at a 550PF.
